A 2022-2023 runner-up for Greenville County Schools Teacher of the Year, Bekki Benjamin is an AP English Literature, AP Seminar, and AP Research teacher at Wade Hampton High School in Greenville, SC. In her 27-year career, she has taught all levels--elementary through college. When she isn't grading essays, she enjoys working in the yard, reading a good book, and traveling with her family.
Grants Awarded in 2023: NSHSS Advanced Placement (AP) Educator Grant
NSHSS is awarding five (5) $1,000 grants for Advanced Placement teachers to use for supplies, materials, field trips, or other supplemental aids to enhance the delivery of Advanced Placement courses. Any NSHSS Educator teaching an Advanced Placement course in any field is eligible to apply.
