Halie Bissell is a marketing teacher at East Paulding High School in Dallas, GA. She has been teaching the marketing management pathway for 12 years and has served as the EPHS DECA Advisor. However, her love for marketing/DECA started in high school when she was in marketing and served as her DECA Chapter President. Today, she gets to share her love and passion for marketing and DECA with her students.

In partnership with DECA, NSHSS has established a DECA Advisor Leadership Award to recognize the outstanding contributions of NSHSS Educators who are DECA advisors who consistently demonstrate their commitment to preparing students for success in college and in life.
