Joel Bato
Joel Bato is a teacher of Technical Drawing at Gayaza High School for 14 years now. He is an ICT integration in Education enthusiast mainly in the Area of project based multi-media production. The activities he engages students include; a school technology studio which acts as a driver of ICT integration in education. Engaging school going youth in Creating Media with a purpose where he trains and mentors schools across the country in the area of media production taking them through the media production. He is an award winner in the Microsoft innovative teacher's competition, is one of the 200 Adobe lead educators across the globe, and is a Nobel educator of distinction due to continuously providing an enabling environment to the young people to scale the heights and be the best they can be.
NSHSS is always looking to find ways to support our network of educators, especially those who are constantly looking to support their students. To help offset the financial burden, NSHSS is awarding fifteen (15) high school educators $500 grants to help provide additional opportunities to their students and classrooms.
