For many years, Abercrombie & Fitch (A&F) has partnered with NSHSS to advance global leadership among young scholars. In 2021 they established the Abercrombie & Fitch Your Personal Purpose Scholarship administered through the NSHSS Foundation and have previously sponsored the Global Diversity & Leadership Scholar Awards open to NSHSS members and the Anti-bullying Scholarships, a multi-year, renewable program. These scholarships help advance inclusion and diversity efforts at A&F Co.

Abercrombie and Fitch Inclusion and Diversity

A&F Co. imagines a world where everyone is confident, happy, comfortable and feels the freedom to be themselves. They also know the impact their customers and associates can have on the world as they embrace the journey of becoming who they are and live their personal purpose. In partnership with the NSHSS Foundation, A&F Co. is awarding Your Personal Purpose scholarships to high school seniors for doing just that. The worldwide competition is based on a submission from students exploring their personal purpose. These renewable scholarships will be awarded each year to the top candidates.

In the past, A&F has also sponsored receptions held in conjunction with select NSHSS member events. We also want to recognize A&F for having sponsored the NSHSS Fee Waiver Program, which covers the membership cost for students who qualify for membership but do not have the financial means to join.
