Carla Daniel

Carla graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University and has served at NSHSS for six years as Director of Member Services, where she and her team enjoy interacting daily with students, families, and educators in support of academic excellence, leadership, and world betterment. Carla has three decades of professional experience in sales, marketing, and customer service management.  She believes that the first impression is the last and that every customer interaction should be handled by delivering optimal levels of customer service – being a Trusted Advisor. She thrives on solving problems for constituents and introducing new opportunities and ideas to help them in their college and career journeys.
