Adhira Choudhury
Adhira Choudhury is a rising college freshman attending the Georgia Institute of Technology in the fall of 2022. She will be a Computer Science major and Business minor with a focus on entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence. Adhira's main passions are social justice and technology, which she hopes to combine as a social entrepreneur and innovator.
Leveraging Education and Academics for the Poor, a nonprofit Adhira founded, unites students to educate underprivileged children in communities worldwide, looking to provide them with opportunities to better their future. She leads various projects, including one which offers virtual tutoring to approximately 200 underprivileged children in India. She has been involved with Future Business Leaders of America for the past five years and currently serves as the National Southern Region Resources Director.
Other activities she leads include her school's Computer Science Club, Mu Alpha Theta, and Future of Forsyth. Outside of school, she enjoys working at the Computational Data Science Lab for the Web and Society at Georgia Tech and running her own SAT 9-week tutoring program.
Adhira looks forward to pursuing a future in entrepreneurship through the applications of AI and ML in hopes of bettering the world!
