Arman Mahmud
Arman is a high school student at the nationally ranked International Academy Central in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He aspires to pursue a career as a medical physician. Some notable achievements of his include being a finalist in the international Be More Grant Competition, team captain of his school's Walk to End Alzheimer's nonprofit, raising over $2500, and independently researching for the development of the Distance Challenger, his patent-pending invention currently in beta testing for rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy for children. Outside of his academic and research pursuits, Arman enjoys playing tennis, running his school's PickleBall club, volunteering, and spending quality time with family and friends.
The NSHSS Nobel Academic Excellence Scholarship recognizes high school juniors and seniors making a positive impact on society, and how college will help these students continue to make an impact for years to come.
