Emma Polyukhovich
Emma Polyukhovich is an 18-year-old senior at Pinkerton Academy, an honors and AP student. Emma has been dancing since the age of four. She has attended competitions since the age of nine, where she has received many regional and national awards, including placing in the top five at the American Dance Awards Senior Dancer Competition of the Year in July 2024. She has also performed many lead roles in NH School of Ballet's Production of The Nutcracker, including the Sugar Plum Fairy, the Dew Drop Fairy, and the Snow Queen. Emma is a first-generation American and the daughter of Ukrainian immigrants, and since the start of the war in Ukraine, she has committed herself to community service by raising over $16,000 for humanitarian aid for innocent civilians in Ukraine by hosting a multitude of fundraisers and events. Emma has been recognized for her commitment to service, as she was named the first recipient of Primary Bank's Young Hero of the Year Scholarship. Additionally, Emma competes in pageants within the Miss NH Scholarship Program, where she has been able to intersect her passion for community service with her love for performing onstage.
