Reagan-Ava Austin

Reagan-Ava Austin is a 2024 Lamar Consolidated High School graduate in Rosenberg, Texas. During high school she was a Varsity volleyball team member, Varsity cheer, Captain of the Varsity golf team, Student Council representative and the President and Founder of the Black Student Union.
She is a charter member of the Sugar Land Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. where she served her chapter as Fashion Committee Chair and Teen President. Ava served as the Jack and Jill of America, Inc.-South Central Region Teen Legislative Chair, where she worked on advocacy efforts to pass the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. She currently attends Louisiana State University, majoring in Political Science. After college, she plans to attend law school with hopes of going into public service, working as a lawmaker striving to make policy changes in this country.
